Clicking on My Albums will display a list of all the albums you have created. In adition to this it will also tell you if the album is public or private, how many photos you have in the album and also a web address so you can directly link to your albums.
There are also a number of options which are listed with there explanations below.
Tell about your albums
By clicking this link you will be taken to a page that allows you to send a link which will list all of your albums to whoever you want.

View friends albums
This link will take you to an advanced search page which will allow you to track down your friends albums.

Extra access list
Clicking this will scroll the page down to display the extra access list. The extra access list is a list of albums for which you have special access, ie you can view and nobody else can. You will most lightly never use this feature unless the admin of the gallery needs to give you special access.

Make changes
This will bring up a new screen where you can modify every aspect of your albums. This includes photo manipulation options.

Clicking this link will take you to the album you want to view.

Tell friends
The tell friends link beside each album will allow you to send a link to your friends for each individual album.
